Golfers tee-off at 9 am on May 3rd at Black Mesa for the Santa Fe Prep Spring Kick-Off Golf Classic. All proceeds from the event go directly to Prep’s tuition assistance program. Last year, golfers raised $18,500 and 100% of the proceeds went to the scholarship program that helps young people realize the life-long benefits of a Prep education.
The tournament will be a scramble format, and starts in the morning, concluding with an awards lunch. Organizers are utilizing a handicap system in which golfers of all levels, first timer to pro, can play, have fun and be eligible for an array of prizes. Entry deadline is Friday, April 25, and tickets are $150 for an individual player. Sponsorships are available.
