Roughly 75% of our faculty have advanced degrees in their field, and the average tenure of our faculty is over 15 years.  Our administration is structured to support the teaching faculty and the many programs of our school.  Many administrators also teach classes, coach sports, or volunteer for TAP, our service learning program.

The Director of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving

The Director of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving will be responsible for growing a comprehensive alumni program for Santa Fe Prep’s 1700+ alumni across the country and throughout the world, and strengthening relationships with them.  The individual will also be responsible for growing a robust annual fund for non-major donors and prospects. This individual will work closely with the Director of Advancement, colleagues in the advancement office, as well as the Alumni Association Board to foster engagement, connections, and philanthropy.
