Employment Opportunities

Thank you for considering joining the Santa Fe Prep community.  We are fortunate to have a talented and committed group of adults leading our school—teaching, mentoring, coaching and encouraging our students to do their very best, all in a culture of spirited support.

Roughly 75% of our faculty have advanced degrees in their field, and the average tenure of our faculty is over 15 years.  Our administration is structured to support the teaching faculty and the many programs of our school.  Many administrators also teach classes, coach sports, or volunteer for TAP, our service learning program.

To be successful as a faculty or staff member at Prep, full engagement in the life of the school is a critical component.  If you are a teacher who takes great pleasure in working with colleagues and students in an atmosphere that is upbeat and ambitious, please feel encouraged to apply for appropriate openings that match your skills and interests.
