Something Rotten Nominated for Five Enchantment Awards

On Friday, April 28, the cast of Something Rotten will travel to Albuquerque to perform at the Enchantment Awards, New Mexico’s high school musical theatre awards. The Upper School’s spring musical is nominated for Best Production, and the entire cast will have the opportunity to perform onstage at Popejoy Hall. Prep also received four nominations in the performance categories for the first time: Lola Kark ’23 and Arlan Visser ’23 for Best Actress and Luke Benanav ’25 and Sebastian Bharat ’24 for Best Actor. Each of the individual nominees will perform a solo in competition for one of two spots at the Jimmy Awards, the national high school musical theatre awards, held in June at Broadway’s Minskoff Theatre. Congratulations (and break a leg) to the entire cast and crew!
